  Our Commitment To You...
When a representative from RWS comes to your home to conduct your free water test and demonstrate our products;

We Will: Give you an accurate assessment of your water quality and recommend only the water treatment system that is appropriate for your situation

We Will Not:  Exaggerate the degree of contamination in your water

We Will Not:  Use words like “toilet water” when referring to your water

We Will Not:  Suggest that you will get sick if you continue to use your water (City Water)

  • It is possible that we would tell you not to use water from a private well if we determined that it is unsafe

We Will Not:  Use devices such as “electric precipitators” to mislead you about the quality of your water

We Will Not:  Exaggerate the benefits of treating your water

We Will Not:  Suggest that you purchase equipment that you do not need

We Will Not:  Exaggerate the capabilities of the equipment we are offering

What can you expect when you become our customer?

Your water treatment system from RWS will be installed promptly, and with almost no interruption of your water service (usually less than 20 minutes). In most cases we are able to complete the installation in less than two hours (we always insure that we have ample manpower available to complete the installation in as short a time span as possible). We restock company vehicles daily to insure that everything needed is available for a proper and complete installation on one visit. When it is necessary to bury new water lines in your yard, every effort is made to insure that your yard still looks great after we have completed the installation. A thorough inspection is conducted prior to installation to insure that your lawn irrigation system is isolated from your water treatment system. Your system will be installed in the best location for the equipment (not the location that is easiest for the installation crew). You system will be installed by an employee of RWS that is fully licensed and properly trained to do the job. The installation site will be left as clean and neat as possible and no trash will be left behind.  After the installation an RWS technician will provide an initial supply of salt or potassium and familiarize you with your new system. Please refer to the installations section of this site to view actual photos of some recent installations.

We assure you that the equipment installed will be the proper equipment to handle your specific water needs.

If at any time you need assistance with your equipment, assistance will be provided in a timely fashion and you will never have trouble making contact with our service personnel. Our service personnel are fully trained and able to remedy any problem that could arise associated with the operation of your system.
